Objective

The Fund aims to provide the highest possible level of current income which is exempt from federal and California personal income taxes, while still preserving capital and maintaining liquidity.

Permissible Investments

  • The Fund invests in California municipal obligations and other securities, which generate interest that is excluded from gross income and exempt from California personal income taxes.
  • The Fund will comply with SEC rules applicable to all money market funds, including Rule 2a-7 under the Investment Company Act of 1940.
